In general, you can download this Application ('App') without seeking our permission as per your requirement. Some other information collected by our server includes the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of the visitor's mobile/handset which connects it to the internet. Our servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. In addition, there are portions of this App where we may need to collect personal information from you for a specific purpose, such as to provide you with certain information you request. The information collected from you may include your name, address, telephone, fax number, or e-mail address, etc. We also collect information regarding your device, device location. This App is not intended for persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children

Use of collected Information

Domain name information that we collect is not used to personally identify you and instead is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. We use this information to measure the use of our site and to improve its content.

The information collected about your device location is used to access and verify the information provided by you in relation to the services provided by you to our subscribers, in order to measure and enhance subscriber's interest in our Services. This also helps us to resolve disputes that may be raised by the subscribers in relation to the services provided by you.

In addition, we may have collected similar information from you in the past. By entering this App you are consenting to the terms of our information privacy policy and to our continued use of previously collected information. If you register with one of DishTV's business units online, they may use this information to provide you with custom information about DishTV's offerings in support of your business needs. A cookie is a tiny element of data that an App can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive so we can recognize you when you return. Kindly, note that we do not have access or store your Payment Card details (i.e. credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV etc.). When you make the payment using your card/ internet banking through the App, all requisite transaction details are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted to your card issuer (bank) for obtaining an authorization. At no time during the time of transaction or thereafter does we have access to, or store, your complete card account information.
